You can select records based on the type of site at which the test was performed and/or the state in which the test site is located. Select one or more site types and one or more states. To select more than 1 item from the list, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and click on the desired items. If you do not want to limit records by state, do not select any states or select all the states.
